Rate Incentives

Rate incentives are available for economic development on new commercial loads or significant expansion of existing commercial loads. Rate incentives are based on a number of factors such as energy usage, job creation and cost of electric service construction to name a few. Rate incentives do require a signed contract. View Linn County REC rate tariffs.

Equipment Incentives

Incentives are also available for the purchase and installation of energy efficient equipment such as heat pumps, chillers and adjustable speed drives. For a complete list and more details, visit our incentives page. If you can't find the incentive you're looking for call Isaiah at 319-249-7309 to discuss a possible custom commercial incentive.
